Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping Costs: Customers pay a nominal shipping fee unless the order meets a free-shipping threshold.
Dispatch and Delivery: Orders are dispatched within one business day. Delivery times depend on the customer’s location but typically range from 3 to 7 days.
Packaging: We use sturdy, eco-friendly packaging to minimize damage risks during transit.
Damaged Products: If the product is damaged upon arrival, the customer must notify us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage. We assess these photos and either offer a replacement or full refund.
Replacements: If a customer wants a replacement, they must return the damaged product in the original packaging. We cover the return shipping cost.
Undamaged Returns: If a customer wants to return an undamaged product, they must do so within 15 days. The product must be unused, and the customer pays the return shipping.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned product
